Accessories

Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days If all items are in stock they are normally shipped that day if any item is out of stock please allow 4-6 Weeks for delivery. You may contact us to check on your order.

Accessories return:
In general, any item damaged in shipping can be returned for replacement.
They need to call the factory and let us know about the incident -- whether for damage/error on shipment.
All returns need to be sent no later than one week of receiving the item.
If we ship the wrong item, we will send the correct item and the item shipped in error can be returned in same envelope that the replacement was shipped in.

Specifically:
Videos and CDs-- can be returned if item is defective only; replaced with same item.
Books -- only returned if damaged in shipment
Clothing -- can exchange if size is wrong as long as it is has not been worn.

Straps /other parts accessories-- can be returned if they do not fit as long as they did not damage it in the process.

Banjos:

Banjo order processing is dependant on models and options ordered please contact us regarding Banjo orders.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express for other purchase options (check, etc.) please call us to place your order.

Taxes

Taxes are collected for California sales (7.75%) You are responsible for other local sales taxes if any.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and you may select options during the check out process you may cancel the order at any time. A summary is displayed before final submission.
