The Gabriella

Neck: An Elegant neck of top quality Brazilian Rosewood, engraved inlays set in a sparkling white Mother-of-Pearl, which is then inlaid into the Ebony fingerboard

Pot: A genuine Deering '06 20-Hole bell bronze tonering precisely fitted to our highest grade 3-ply maple rim, Gold Plated Zinc Flange, Highly detailed Gun Engraving and 24-karat Gold Plating.

Resonator: Rare & Exotic Brazillian Rosewood, Inlaid with raised and carved Mother of Pearl leaves and Curly Maple Vines, all buffed to a Brilliant Gloss Finish.

The Gabriella is the very top of the Deering line. The Brazilian Rosewood neck has a genuine mother-of-pearl fingerboard and vine peghead inlay. The excellent Brazillian Rosewood Neck has an ebony fingerboard into which the nickel silver frets and pearl for the fretting surface are inlaid. The frets actually are seated in ebony with the precision of a Master Craftsman. An elaborate vine of raised and carved maple and mother- of pearl circles the brazilian rosewood resonator back. Each banjo of this caliber is signed personally by Greg and his top craftsman on the serial number tag inside. The neck has a two-way adjustable truss-rod.


The Texas Banjo


Neck: Top grade English Walnut Neck, Hand Engraved Texas inlays, A Beautifully Hand Carved Heel with the American Flag and the Texas Flag and inlaid with the Yellow
Rose of Texas between the flags, Comfortable Neck Shape, Ebony Fingerboard, Bone Nut,Deering Planetary Tuners, Two way adjustable truss rod for a durable neck that will
give you years of rewarding playing.

Pot: Your choice of a Deering 06 tonering or Tenbrooks Tone-ring, a top quality curly 3-ply Maple Rim, Gold Plated Zinc Flange, Spur & Saddle hand-engraving,
all hardware is 24-Karat Gold Plated,

Resonator: Curly Walnut Resonator with the State of Texas inlayed in the back and "Texas" branded with a branding iron accross it. The names of famous Texans
inlaid and raised and carved along the outside of the resonator sides.

The Texas Banjo commemorates the 150 year anniversary of Texas' independence from Mexico. Only 151 Texas banjos will be made, each with a serial number representing one of the years between 1836 and 1986. You can choose a year that has meaning in your life for your distinctive number. The Texas banjo is designed and marketed by Tony Ullrich of Houston and hand crafted in The Custom Shop. It's a one of a kind treasure, 24-Karat gold plated and hand-engraved. This unbelievable banjo has such a wealth of detail and hand work in it, it is truely a Texan's dream come true. The Peghead is trimmed in white with rope inlaid
around the face of the peghead. Mother of Pearl flags are inlaid, and sit raised and carved painted with red and blue in the patterns of the American Flag and the
Texas State Flag. The Heel is carved with the American flag on one side and the Texas flag on the other side, with the Yellow Rose of Texas inlaid and raised and
carved at the base of the neck. The Resonator side features the names of famous Texans including Austin, Bowie, Crocket, Houston, amongst others.
Inlays that adorn the fingerboard include the Texas State, a Cowboy Boot, a Six Shooter, a Texan Hat, a Long Horn, The Alamo, a spurr, and star plus
the commemorative years this banjo represents - 1836 - 1986. The year you select will be inlaid in the back of the peghead and will represent the serial number
of your one of a kind Texas Banjo.

Pot: Top quality curly 3-ply Maple Rim, Hartford Granadillo wood Tone-ring, Brass Tube Flange, Choice of Nickel, Chrome or Gold Plating

Resonator: Blond Curly Maple resonator with a Highly buffed Gloss Finish This "Pop-on Resonator" is fit with felt covered spring steel brackets that allow you to Pop the resonator on or remove it easily so that when you can instantly change the timbre of your tone. Great for folk musicians who also play bluegrass.

several kinds of soapstones, koa, taugua nut, and rosewood.The neck has a two-way adjustable truss-rod.It has a bone nut.
The resonator shown here has pop-on brackets, a custom feature that can be ordered for those who want a convertible banjo for both clawhammer
