KRUGER BROTHERS AND OTHERS TO PERFORM AT DEERING ANAHEIM NAMM EXHIBIT

NAMM visitors will be dazzled by the performances of Swiss artists, the Kruger Brothers, at Deering’s Exhibit #1513 throughout the entire January 20-23rd show dates. Noted for their seamless vocal harmonies and their lively and inspiring musical renditions, Jens and Uwe Kruger, and Joel Landsberg are a world-renowned trio. Mark Johnson, the innovative creator of “clawgrass” banjo picking and long-time Deering endorsing artist, will bring his own unique musical styling to the Deering “picking corner” this year as well. Dan Levenson, well-known old-time clawhammer style banjoist and creator of the “Meet the Banjo Workshop” for Deering, will be adding his talented banjo performances to this great 2005 Deering NAMM show exhibit. Harvey Reid, a talented multi-instrumentalist and celebrated modern day minstrel is also scheduled to join this stellar group of Deering endorsing artists.
The collaboration between Jens Kruger and Greg Deering created Deering’s newest Tenbrooks models, the Legacy and Saratoga Star, as well as his signature Jens Kruger Model. These will be available for NAMM visitors to see at the Deering NAMM exhibit. Dan Levenson’s elegant Vega Dragon Star was featured at the 2004 Deering NAMM show. Mark Johnson will be playing his gold-plated and engraved Deering Ivanhoe model. Hearing these premium banjos played by the banjo players who helped create them will be a special event for all enthusiasts of banjo music.
