THE VEGA "EMERALD EYE" BANJO
This beautiful Openback Vega Emerald Eye banjo was completed this week for a Canadian customer. View the photos of the exquisite one-of-a-kind Abalone and Pearl inlay of a traditional Gryphon but with a brilliant, radiant green raised Emerald Eye. This unique banjo has hand-engraved Mother of Pearl inlays. At the customer's request we installed a traditional No Knot tailpiece. The elegant coloring is our hand rubbed Cremona Sunburst stain, shading like you find on the famous and beautiful wood of the Italian violins of Cremona, Italy. Extra touches include an Ebony Backstrap on the Peghead, and a Fiberskyn Head.At Deering Banjo Company your wish is our command just give us a call, or fax us drawings of what you would like in your dream banjo, and we will give you a quote.
