Return Policy

A.      ACCESSORY ITEMS  may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item by contacting Deering banjos at:

1. info@deeringbanjos.com
2. Calling 800-845-7791

You will be given instructions on how to return accessories once you contact us. You will be required to include a copy of your invoice in the return package for proper processing.  As long as items are in new condition, they can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs or exchanged for items of equal or greater value.

B.      BANJO PURCHASES:

Banjos purchased factory direct via our website are non-refundable - excluding shipping damage.

1. You may contact us at 800-845-779, info@deeringbanjos.com, or go to our Support Forum https://getsatisfaction.com/deeringbanjos for any information on our banjos prior to purchase and we will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns.
2. We  have a customer service dept. to help you with your banjo purchases once you receive them. The contact is the same as above.
3. We can also refer you to an authorized dealer within our vast network so that you can find a dealers who have return policies as part of their standard customer service.
