- Powerful Banjo Review by CharlesTopp

Quality Price Value I purchased mine in 2009 and so I've had time to settle in with the Baucom. I own a couple of other very nice banjos but the Baucom is my favorite. It is beautiful and understated, although not the most beautiful banjo I own. The reason it is my favorite is the tone. It is slightly lighter than the others and I have the wide Baucom string spacing. Everything is original, no modifications, and the combination of volume and tone, especially the D strings, are unmatched. I believe these banjos will be highly sought after one day.

- A thing of beauty Review by JohnB

Value Quality Price This is a beautiful banjo and a joy to play. I have owned it for over three months now so feel that I am able to provide a balanced review. Firstly, apprearance: Simple yet elegant - a nice balance with lovely walnut and the original inlays. Doesn't scream 'look at me' but draws attention nonetheless. Rock solid build quality but plays super fast and smooth - a really nice feel that is difficult to articulate but I can sit and play this banjo for hours and then wonder where the time has gone. I love the sound of this banjo - distinctive from the maple and mahogony. Clear and resonant all the way up the neck, drives hard at the bridge and is rich and mellow when you pick away from the bridge. Tested several banjos in and around this price range before choosing the Baucom model and this was definitely the one for me. If you choose this banjo, you won't go far wrong!
