The Eagle II Openback, but with a few twists.
The pot is actually a Deering 06 rim and tone ring and features a tube flange instead of the typical shoe and bracket system that would normally be found on the Eagle II openback. The bottom of the rim is capped in a black synthetic, for an added touch.
The midnight black look fantastic and is accented by the addition of a Deering ebony head, to bring out the lower frequency response of this punchy banjo, while adding a nice long sustain.
Includes a hard shell case.
Issues: This banjo is very clean. The only thing to observe is a very faint blemish, barely visible, on the back of the neck under the finish. This will not affect the integrity of playability of the banjo and is purely cosmetic.
