"So I just started playing banjo and bought the Deering Goodtime Resonator - took of the resonator so I would bother everyone and and got the mute to keep it quite. . . the banjo was much lighter and kept slipping so I got this strap. . . at first it seemed like it wouldn't work. . . it was thick and wouldn't fit behind the J hooks. . . so after reading the install instructions they are clear that you may need to hammer the ends to help it fit. . and wala it fit! Love this strap! Highly recommend it!!! My banjo now stays in place and no more slipping. . ."
Banjo straps don’t work for a Gold Tone CC100R Banjo.

I am just getting started and one day I will own a high quality Deering Banjo. When that day comes I will have two straps available. - No metal clips...it is a cradle strap with leather ends. Instructions come with the strap.

- I would recommend the soft leather cradle or the woven leather cradle or the Eagle logo black cradle. Sometimes the stitched leather cradle is hard to fit on Goodtime banjos; including Artisan models.
