The South Carolina Charity Banjo is entirely one-of-a-kind, made with a Honey Amber neck bearing the shape and name of South Carolina proudly on the peghead. With pearloid inlays of white set into the Midnight Maple fingerboard, and blue resonator with white binding this banjo is South Carolina’s proudly bearing the colors of its State Flag.
The drum head of the banjo is custom made by Remo with the Delta Tour Wings Logo and personally signed by Mumford & Sons.
Based on the Deering Artisan Goodtime Two this banjo has a resonator back for projection, and a violin grade maple rim that gives it a bright and clear tone. Designed and built by Deering Banjos at their factory in Spring Valley, California specifically for this auction.

The Charity this auction will benefit is Harvest Hope Food Bank . Harvest Hope Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Beginning in 1981 as an emergency food box program, Harvest Hope is now a regional distribution program that collects, stores and distributes food and related items to more than 400 member partners in 20 counties throughout central South Carolina, with regional offices in Columbia, Florence and Greenville. Member partners are food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters. Other programs administered by Harvest Hope Food Bank include children's hunger programs, which are Kids Cafe, BackPack programs, Senior hunger programs, mobile food pantries, and their own branded Emergency Food Pantries.
