Deering supports in great

I needed a few hooks and hex nuts for an 1896 AC Fairbanks I am restoring until Incan (id ever) find original ones. These fit perfectly I’m just going to hide then on the bottom of the banjonfor now. As always Deering folks were very helpful and my order was filled correctly and in time

Shipping error 2x

I originally ordered two round and two flat J hooks with appropriate hex nuts. I received the hooks but no hex nuts. I notified the company and they said they send the nuts out asap. I received a hex nut for the flat hook but not the other nuts needed. Interesting that both times there was a mistake in the shipping department…

Unanticipated hex nuts.

I was disappointed in the hex nuts I received. I thought they would have been shorter and rounded on the end, I converted my Eagle II to open back and I wanted shorter rounder hex nuts. I got the same hex nuts that came with the banjo.

Sexy Hexy

The John Hartford tension hoop bracket would be sooo plain, so linear and dull without the sexy bulb in place of the boring hex of a typical nut! You might think I’m nuts for saying this but I was dis-taut at not having the correct number of sexy hexys
