This week's guest on Deering Live is the exceptionally talented Gina Furtado. Gina is an incredible banjoist and a two time IBMA Banjo Player of the Year nominee!
After winning numerous awards from many fiddler's conventions up and down the East coast, Gina went on to spend 4 years with Chris Jones & The Night Drivers before releasing music with her own band The Gina Furtado Project.
Today, Gina is a first class banjo player, mastering a multitude of styles and making her one of the most sought after instructors at banjo camps across the US.
